01. when will my items arrive?

In most cases, all in-stock products will be dispatched within 1-3 days, and the estimated time of arrival will be 7-15 days. If you order a custom item, the estimated time of arrival will be 65-75 days. Our factory will work hard to ensure the fastest delivery time.

02. why does my items not arrive on time?

In some cases, the delivery is affected by various factors of instability and uncertainty. For this reason, the arrival time will be slightly delayed. If the delivery time is way too longer than estimated time and you still haven’t received your order, please contact us on vip@003home.com.

03. Can I check all information of my order?

04. can i request a return?

You have 30 days to request a return after receiving your item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. 05. When can i get the refund?

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
